Wilson Bickford is a professional artist, instructor and author. His philosophy on painting is simple. He believes that ANYONE can learn to paint. "Painting is more a learned skill than an inborn talent. The most important elements are the desire to learn and the willingness to practice". Wilson has taught painting (Oil, Watercolor) and drawing (Pen & Ink) workshops for 30 years and has his own Signature line of Oil Painting products, including canvas, paints, mediums and brushes. His WPBS -TV instructional program ("PAINTING WITH WILSON BICKFORD") is now in it's 8th Season. It airs on hundreds of PBS stations nationwide, as well as on the Create TV channel.
